ARTICLE 1 – NAME AND REGISTERED OFFICE

The association is named “Valhalla Powerlifting Club a.s.b.l.” (hereinafter referred to as “the Club”). The registered office is located in Luxembourg City, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE

The purpose of the Club is to:

• Promote and develop the sport of powerlifting in Luxembourg
• Provide training facilities and coaching for members
• Organize and participate in local, national, and international competitions
• Foster a community of strength athletes committed to excellence

ARTICLE 3 – MEMBERSHIP

Membership is open to all individuals who share the Club’s values and objectives. Members must:

1. Submit a membership application to the Committee
2. Pay the annual membership fee as determined by the General Assembly
3. Abide by the Club’s statutes and internal regulations
4. Uphold the principles of fair play and drug-free sport

ARTICLE 4 – GOVERNANCE

The Club is governed by:

• The General Assembly – The supreme decision-making body, meeting at least once annually
• The Committee – Responsible for day-to-day management, consisting of President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer
