  • Elysium Gym x Valhalla Powerlifting Club – Technique Day Recap

Last Sunday, the 26th of April, we had an amazing day at Elysium Gym together with Valhalla Powerlifting Club for our special Technique Day.

Athletes and members from different backgrounds came together to improve their Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift technique, receive hands-on coaching, and share their passion for strength sports in a motivating atmosphere. A special thank you to Louis and Jean, who led technique sessions throughout the day, gave valuable advice, corrected form, and helped participants improve their lifts.

During the technique sessions, participants had the opportunity to receive valuable feedback, improve movement efficiency, and learn practical tips to apply in their future training.

We also had the SBD merch stand on-site, where visitors could check out premium lifting gear and apparel.

We hope that this event helped attract new members and inspired more people to join the growing powerlifting community around Valhalla Powerlifting Club.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a positive energy throughout the event. This is only the beginning more collaborations, more events, and more progress are coming soon.

Stay ready. Stay strong. See you at the next one.
